Interested in Candy Classes?
Roger Hohberger taught a class at The Resident Course in Confectionery Technology (AKA Candy School) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison over the summer for six years. This class will continue with contributions from Randy Hofberger (pictured) and others. Roger also taught in-house classes on fondant and hard candy for many of his customers.
