Candy Worx Completes Brittle Production Equipment & System

Accomplishments:

Design and produce a processing system for spreading, setting, scoring, and cooling a brittle product for a leading North American manufacturer of high quality confections and nut products.

Project Highlights:

• Continuously produces scored brittle pieces at the rate of up to 400 lb/hr.
• The 2-Roll Continuous Extruding/Sheeting System features adjustable rolls for thickness and rate.
• Single point utility connection for water, air, and electricity. 
• The 16-foot long Transfer/Cooling/Scoring Stainless Steel Conveyor includes cold water chill plates, food grade non-stick belt, and 1-Hp (VFD) drive motor.
