Another Year of Candy School!
Roger Hohberger will be teaching Candy School at University of Wisconsin Madison again this summer. Roger has been teaching his fondant course for years as a way to give back to the industry. It seems that Candy School is already full this summer but please check out the website for more information and to possibly be placed on the wait list.
