Recent Training Session

Roger Hohberger, along with the Candy Worx team, offers training courses to educate your plant personnel on various confectionery topics.

Recently, the Candy Worx team traveled to a customer to complete a Fundamentals of Fondant Production & Manufacturing course. This course provided valuable information to plant personnel who may not be as familiar with the original fondant machinery. This also provides a good opportunity to learn about upgrades available. Topics included in this session included: History of Fondant, Technical Explanation of Crystallization, Review of On-Site Machinery, and Engineering Behind the Machinery.
